offers, discounts, new product or service announcements, and marketing communications.
Consent to receive promotional messages is separate and optional. You may opt out of
promotional messages while continuing to receive transactional and informational messages.
1.3 Message Content. Messages may be sent by automated technology. Message content will
be relevant to your interactions with First Ring AI or the business you are communicating with
through our platform.
2. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
2.1 Frequency Varies. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our AI voice
agents and the business services you use. The number of messages you receive will depend on
factors such as the number of orders placed, appointments scheduled, calls made, and your
engagement with services.
2.2 Typical Volume. Most subscribers typically receive between one (1) and ten (10) messages
per month. However, message frequency may be higher or lower depending on your usage and
service needs.
2.3 Promotional Message Limits. If you have consented to receive promotional messages,
promotional messages will not exceed four (4) messages per month unless you explicitly
request additional communications.
2.4 No Minimum Commitment. There is no minimum number of messages, and you may receive
no messages during periods when you are not actively using services or interacting with our AI
voice agents.
3. COST AND CHARGES
3.1 Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply to all text messages sent to
and received from First Ring AI. Standard messaging charges from your wireless carrier will
apply to each message sent and received.
3.2 Carrier Plan Details. You are responsible for all message and data charges incurred. Check
with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan, including per-message
charges, monthly message limits, and any applicable fees.
3.3 No Additional Fees from First Ring AI. First Ring AI does not charge you directly for sending
or receiving text messages beyond any fees for services or products you have purchased.
However, your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
3.4 Data Usage. Receiving text messages may use a small amount of your data plan,
particularly if messages contain links or multimedia content.
4. OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
4.1 How to Opt Out. You may opt out of receiving text messages from First Ring AI at any time

This will cancel all future messages from this number.
4.2 Opt-Out Confirmation. After you send the STOP command, you will receive a one-time
