4.2 Business Customers. When End Users interact with AI voice agents deployed by Business
Customers, we share relevant information with those Business Customers, including call
recordings, transcripts, transaction details, appointment information, and other data collected
during interactions. Business Customers use this information to fulfill their obligations to End
Users and operate their businesses.
4.3 Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information when we believe in good faith that
disclosure is necessary to:

or as required by applicable law.
5.1.4 Communications: We retain SMS and email communications for a period necessary to
provide services and fulfill legal obligations, typically twelve to twenty-four months.

twenty-four months or as necessary for security, troubleshooting, and service improvement
